The improved Lola B12/60 Coupe is competing in 2012 for Rebellion Racing. During the winter Lola improved both, aerodynamic and mechanics of the car. Rebellion Racing continues to be the exclusive partner of Toyota Motorsport GmbH for the petrol V8 3.4 litre RV8KLM engine programme. In 2012, it will supply the Lola B12/60 Coupe chassis with an upgraded version of the RV8KLM engine.

The team is racing two cars in Le Mans. The #12 is driven by Nicolas Prost, Neel Jani and former F1 driver Nick Heidfeld, while Andrea Belicchi, Harold Primat and Jeroen Bleekemolen are behind the wheel on car #13.
