The Leon FR+ Supercopa was updated for the 2012 model year with a more sporty exterior inspired by the World Touring Car Championship race car as well as an upgraded interior.

To look more like the WTCC car, the Supercopa trim sports 'Supercopa' badges, side skirts, larger rear spoiler, chrome-tipped dual exhaust and redesigned front and rear bumpers. It is available in three colors: Nevada White, Emoción Red and Speed Blue.

The FR+ adds BBS 18in wheels, the Seat Media System that includes navigation and 5in touch screen, Bluetooth, bi-xenon headlights with Adaptive Front-lighting System and rear parking sensor.

The 211ps 2.0 TSI petrol engine is the same unit offered in the previous year.
