The fifth generation Chrysler Town & Country was first presented in 2007 at the Detroit Auto Show. Outside the American markets it is sold as the Chrysler Grand Voyager, and since 2011 is sold in continental Europe as Lancia Grand Voyager.

The current series was designed by Ralph Gilles and are available with three different V6 engines ranging from 3.3 to 4.0 litres.

For the new generation, the make dropped the short-wheelbase model and introduced a new flexible seating system, branded Swivel'n Go seating.
