, the Cabriolet version gets the V12 biturbo 5.5 liters engine. The engine has an output of 630hp and 1000Nm of torque. A seven-speed automatic transmission is coupled with the powertrain and provides traction to the rear wheels, with the possibility to choose between three modes: Controlled Efficient, Sport and Manual.
Despite weighing 175kg (2180kg) more than the S65 AMG Coupé, the new S65 AMG Cabriolet retains the same capacity to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 4.1 seconds. The maximum speed of the high-end is limited to 250km/h. This allows an average fuel consumption of 12l/100km and CO2 emissions of 272g/km.
