is once again considering adding a enclosed sports car to its range alongside the Seven. However the project will only go ahead if Caterham finds a partner brand to work alongside it.

The future sports car will surely be based around the C120 concept, which was very well received by the public and was developed together with Alpine back in 2014. the model should be powered by an engine from an other manufacturer.
Just like it happened with the development of the C120, Caterham is talking with possible partners for this project. The brand is conscient that it does not have enough financial resources to advance with a model on its own.
Unlike the C120, Caterham wants to build a rear-wheel drive sports car with the engine mounted in the front.
