The racing and luxury sports car manufacturer Maserati was founded in December 1914 in the Italian city of Bologna, though its headquarters are now located in Modena, another Italian town. After some buying and selling of the company over the decades, Maserati is now a part of the also Italian brand Fiat since 1993. Currently, Maserati offers a range of luxurious limousines and cabriolets.
