Suzuki Swift (Japan, 1983-present)

Swift is so far the most successful compact model from Suzuki. Over the years, more than 1.8 million units were sold, becoming the Suzuki model to reach fastest the 1 million units mark. Swift is sold worldwide and won “Car of the year” in 19 countries. This subcompact car is available as a 3 or 5-door hatchback. The last generation was released in 2010. It is offered as a petrol or diesel version, although a hybrid concept was presented in 2009.
