First introduced in 2008 this Renault Twingo Renaultsport is part of Twingo's 2nd generation, with the code name II. Under the hood, the model variant is powered by a straight 4 1598cc engine which delivers maximum output of 133 hp at 6750 rpm and a maximum torque of 160 nm. In terms of performance no other car of this series does it as well as this one. It has the most powerful engine of all variants. The straight 4 engine featured on the front wheel drive Twingo Renaultsport is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission. Being able to reach a maximum speed of 201 km/h, it sprints from 0 to 100km/h in 8.70 seconds. This subcompact variant has good values it terms of speed when compared to the other versions on this series. It is the fastest version with a higher top speed. In terms of efficiency, it has a combined fuel consumption of 7.0 l/100km and produces 165.0 g/km of CO2. This car is a 3-door hatchback version of the Twingo, which seats up to 5 passengers. The Renault Twingo Renaultsport features rack & pinion steering, and it wears disc brakes.
