but with an added hybrid system and use a complete carbon fiber monocoque that weighs 70kg. Ferrari has also said that the car will have active aerodynamic elements but has not gone into more detail. More rumors are starting to come in about the car. Specifically that power could be over 800hp and weight at 1100kg or less. The car is suspected to make its debut in the spring.

Ferrari CEO Amedeo Felisa says that the hybrid system gives a “performance boost, knocking 10 per cent off the car’s 0-125mph sprint time."

The interior of the car seems to be as special as the mechanicals. From the monocoque that Ferrari has already shown, we know that the doors will be hinged at the top, but it seems that the entire interior will be Formula 1-inspired. The seats will be fixed in place and fitted to the buyer at purchase. All of the controls will adjust to the driver, but he or she will remain fixed.

The look of the car will be heavily F1-inspired, even more so than the Enzo. The passenger compartment will be tight, and the front of rear will be significantly wider. That will give it a look similar to an open-wheel car but with a closed cockpit.

Next year appears like it will be a banner year for super cars including the McLaren P1P1McLaren P1United Kingdom, 2012 > present3 photos
