Track-focused supercar will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March

The Italian design company has joined forces with motorsports legend Emmerson Fittipaldi to build the EF7 Vision Gran Turismo. EF/ will have a limited production run and be featured in the Gran Turismo video game.

Emerson Fittipaldi wants to have a small production run of the EF7 Vision Gran Turismo, however the total number of units is yet to be confirmed.

Together with the two-time F1 and Indy 500 champion Emerson Fittipaldi Pininfarina has created what seems to be a track-focused supercar. For now we have only been allowed to check a teaser image. In it we can see the left rear of the vehicle showing a large rear wing

In the press release published by the Italian design house Fittipaldi's goal with the creation of this supercar “was to apply all his track knowledge on creating a new experience that will elevate the driving ability of all supercar enthusiasts from around the world”

Going for Playstation's Gran Turismo

The EF7 Vision Gran Turismo will also be featured in Playstation’s Gran Turismo series. The car will be available for download just like it happens with Bugatti, MINI, Renault, Mazda, Infiniti, Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, BMW and other brands.

Emerson Fittipaldi

The EF7 will be the first car coming out from Fittipaldi Motors, a company created by the 70 year old retired Brazilian automobile racing driver. During is career he won the Formula One World Championship and the Indianapolis 500, each one in two occasions. He also won the CART championship once.
