believes that Romain Grosjean might be coming into a new high in his career after switching chassis and scoring a podium at the Bahrain Grand Prix. Grosjean had a string of strong qualifying performances last season but often could not translate them into race results. He was even banned from last year's Italian Grand Prix after causing a crash at the Belgian Grand Prix.

Grosjean struggled during the first part of the season with a tenth place, sixth place and ninth place finish, but then he finished third in Bahrain. He attributes the improvement to switching to a new chassis in Bahrain.

"If you look at the season so far, except for the car issue, he didn't have troubles. He was having good starts, good first laps and good overtaking maneuvers. So I think he is OK now.

"But Bahrain was a big relief. He put a lot of effort in to rebuild himself after 2012, and it is now paying off. He had a frustrating first three races, but he can now build on this and keep the momentum," said Lotus Team Principal Eric Boullier.

He predicts that Grosjean will keep up the momentum.
