has been voted at one of Germany's top employees for the fourth year in a row in two surveys of German university graduates. It gained similar accolades in Hungary and Belgium. Audi plans to add 4,800 new employees worldwide in 2013.

Surveys by the German research institutes Trendence and Universum, which survey a combined 60,000 graduating students from 137 German universities found that Audi is considered a top employer for the fourth year in a row in engineering and business management. The study found that 25% of German engineering students and 20% of business students would like Audi to be their first employer. It also moved up from 13th to sixth place among natural science students in the Universum survey.

Audi was also voted Hungary's most attractive company to work for and Audi Brussels won the Belgian "Employer of the Year" survey. The survey in Hungary covered 33,000 people, including 8,000 students. The Belgian survey covered 9,000 young professionals.

“Once again this year, we are the Number One preferred employer amongst students. Our attractive working conditions and the excellent development opportunities in Germany and at our international sites appeal to future specialists and executives,” said Thomas Sigi, human resources and labor relations director at Audi.

Audi will add 1,500 new German employees this year and add 700 new apprentices. It currently has 70,023 employees as of April, and 50,000 of them work in Germany.
