The Giulietta also gets a new 5in or 6.5in Uconnect infotainment system with optional satellite navigation. It has USB, Aux-in and Bluetooth connections.

It also gets a new front grill with a chrome-plated frame around the fog lights and daytime running lights integrated into the headlights. The exterior is available in three new colors – Moonlight Pearl, Anodizzato Blue and Bronze. There are also new wheel options in 16in, 17in and 18in sizes.

The interior gets new door panels, door handles, seats and steering wheel.

The new engine is the 900cc Turbo TwinAir with 105hp and 107lb-ft (145Nm) of torque. It uses 4.2l/100km and emits 99g/km of CO2. All of the other engines now meet the EU6 standard.

Inside, the upholstery combinations have been changed. There are two new Evoluzione fabrics – Black/Titanium or Black/Red. The Quadrifoglio Verde trim gets new black fabric seats with an Alfa Romeo badge welded into it. There are also new dashboard designs in black, grey-black or black-red.

In the MiTo, the Uconnect is only available in the 5in size but still has optional satellite navigation.

While the MiTo and Giulietta will be available before the end of the year, we will have to wait until early 2014 for the new 4C sports car.

The mid-engine four-cylinder sports car is meant to inject some fun and inspiration back into the company. It combines cutting edge technology like carbon fiber and aluminum with a turbocharged 1750cc engine and dual-clutch transmission.

Alfa has not announced pricing or a precise release date for the 4C yet, but it plans to build 3,500 units a year, of which 1,000 of them will go to Europe. It is meant to bring international attention to the brand again.
