Lancia introduced to the public its Aurelia model at the 1950 Turin Motor Show.
Designer Vittorio Jano developed the style for the Aurelia’s bodywork. The Lancia Aurelia was both the first automobile to be powered by a production V6 engine and the first real Gran Tourer.
