AMC

(1954 - 1987)

about:

The American Motor Corporations results from the biggest corporate merge at that time in the United States history. In 1954, Nash-Kelvinator Corporation and Hudson Motor Car Company joined to form the AMC. After an alliance with Renault in the 1970s, the AMC was bought by the Chrysler Corporation in 1987. The AMC's badge was eventually discontinued.
