Aixam is the first maker of vehicles that don’t need a driver’s license to be driven. The company was founded in 1983, and in the following year, the first Aixam, the 325 D, was released. In 1992, with the need of diversification and betting on motorsport, a new make, Mega, was created. Aixam-Mega finished first place three times in the Andros Trophy. Aixam has a wide range of microcars that includes vehicles that run on gasoline, diesel and electricity, and with different body styles: berlina, convertible and SUV and Pick-up type.
